Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Below you'll find comprehensive instructions on how to delete your Ploutos account from both our mobile app and web dashboard.

Important Notice

Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, you will lose access to:

  • Your cryptocurrency wallets and stored funds
  • Transaction history and records
  • Virtual cards and payment methods
  • Earned rewards and loyalty points
  • All personal data and preferences

Delete from Mobile App

Follow these steps to delete your account directly from the Ploutos mobile application:

  1. Access Security Settings
    Open the app → Go to Settings (Profile tab) → Tap "Security" → Scroll down to "Account Management" section
  2. Start Deletion Process
    Tap "Delete Account" (red button) → Review the consequences (lost wallets, cards, rewards, data)
  3. Acknowledge Consequences
    Check the acknowledgment box confirming you understand all data will be permanently lost
  4. Verify Your Identity
    Enter your 6-digit PIN to confirm your identity and authorize the deletion
  5. Type Confirmation Phrase
    Type "DELETE MY ACCOUNT" exactly as shown to confirm you want to proceed
  6. Final Countdown & Deletion
    Wait for the 5-second countdown, then tap "Delete My Account Forever" to complete the process

Delete from Web Dashboard

You can also delete your account from our web dashboard at dashboard.ploutoslabs.io:

  1. Navigate to Delete Account Page
    Log into your account at referral.ploutoslabs.io → Go to Settings → Scroll to "Danger Zone" → Click "Delete Account"
  2. Review Warnings
    Read all warnings carefully → Ensure you've withdrawn all funds from your wallet → Click "I understand, continue"
  3. Final Confirmation
    Review the final confirmation screen → Type "DELETE" (in capital letters) in the confirmation box
  4. Complete Deletion
    Click "Delete My Account" → Your account will be immediately deleted → You'll be logged out and redirected to login page
